"Checkout was painless, I think"
I picked up a few figures and the checkout process was really easy. PayPal went through without any trouble, the shipping options seemed clear enough to me, and I didn’t run into any weird error messages at the end. It probably took around 2 minutes total, maybe less, so I’m happy with how smoothly it went.

Plaza Japan actually had the kit in stock when I couldn’t find it anywhere else. Ordering was super easy too, no hassle, no weird issues. i was ready to be annoyed, but nope, they handled it perfectly

"Pretty good, honestly"
I’ll admit, I was a little unsure about ordering from Plaza Japan, but the order turned out just fine. Everything matched the listing, nothing was missing, and it all arrived as expected. I guess I can’t really complain, I’m happy with it and would probably order again.

"Arrived safely, just a small dent on the box"
I ordered a figure from Plaza Japan and it showed up faster than I expected. The outer shipping box did have a small dent on one corner, so I definitely had that little moment of worry when I first picked it up.
Luckily, everything inside was packed nicely with bubble wrap and paper tucked around it. The figure box itself was in good shape overall, with only a tiny mark along one edge that I probably wouldn’t have noticed if I wasn’t looking closely.
All in all, I’m happy with the order. It wasn’t absolutely flawless, but the figure arrived safely and the condition was perfectly fine for me. I’d order from them again

"The import fees were laid out clearly..."
The import fees were laid out clearly upfront, so there were no nasty surprises when my order showed up. Always nice not getting hit with extra charges at the door.

I’ve ordered from Plaza Japan a few times now, they’ve been dependable for me. I’m a bit biased because they carry a lot of the Japanese items I like, so I’m probably more patient with them than I would be with some other shops. Still, everything I’ve bought has shown up as expected, the packaging has been solid, and the tracking has worked fine.
The only downside is that shipping can take longer than I’d prefer, but with overseas orders, I kind of expect that. It’s not enough to put me off, though. Overall, I trust them and would definitely order from them again.

"Canceling my order was simple"
I had to cancel my order, i wasn’t sure if I was doing it right at first, but it ended up being easy. Support got back to me fairly quickly, which helped. I just wish the refund had shown up a bit faster, but overall it wasn’t a bad experience.

I had to return one item, and it was a fair process overall. Support got back to me after a few days, and once they received the item, the refund came through. I did have to pay for return shipping myself, which wasn’t ideal, but everything was handled decently and without any hassle

The box showed up a little dented, which was kind of hard to describe because it looked worse on the outside than it actually was. Thankfully, everything inside was fine, but I do think a bit more padding would help next time.

"Good Shipping options, but kinda pricey sometimes"
I like that Plaza Japan gives you a few shipping choices instead of just forcing one option. I usually go with DHL if I want my order fast, but there are cheaper ones too if I’m not in a rush. The shipping cost can feel a bit High depending on what you’re buying, but overall it was good and my order showed up just fine.

"Fine Order, But Don’t Expect Fast Shipping"
I ordered a few things and, to be fair, everything did show up in good condition. But just a heads up if you’re thinking about ordering: the shipping was slower than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a while, which made it hard to tell what was going on. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I definitely wouldn’t order from here if I needed something quickly. I might buy again, but only if I’m not in any rush.

My order showed up just fine, and the tracking was super easy to follow the whole time. I kept checking it while I was making coffee in the mornings, mostly out of habit, and it updated clearly enough that I never had to wonder where the package was or if it got stuck somewhere.

"Easy payment options, just wish fees were clearer"
Ordered from Plaza Japan and the payment part was painless. Had PayPal and card options, which was nice since I don’t always want to enter my card directly. Checkout went smoothly and the payment processed fast. Only thing, wish the fees and currency conversion were a little clearer before the final step. Still a good experience overall.

"Pretty easy to use, honestly"
I found the Plaza Japan site easy to get around, like browsing and searching both worked fine for me. Pages loaded without any weird issues, and checkout was straightforward enough, nothing that made me stop and think too much. I guess some of the filters could be a bit better, or just more useful maybe, but overall... yeah, no real problems using it.
